I just reached out to her with a very brief description of what we were looking to do, how long and what ages were going. In minutes, she had several options, details and pricing for us. We were booked in no time at all and she was so consistent with updates and information. Mackenzie was ALWAYS so prompt in responding, VERY thorough with information and was EXCEPTIONAL at reminders. We had a wide variety of ages, including a 1 year old and 85 year old, so coordination was critical. I would literally just shoot Mackenzie a message and she had everything ready to go. Even as I had questions leading up to our vacation, during and after, she was always so helpful to make sure we had all the support we needed! It made the entire experience so simple, and truly a vacation!"

My son's favorite ride was the Buzz Lightyear one at Magic Kingdom. And both boys loved the Finding Nemo area and Moana's Journey of Water at Epcot. There were so many highlights. We ended up getting the premiere lightning lane for magic kingdom so we were able to literally ride everything I think and made the most of our one day there. The adults' favorite rides were Tron, Tiana's Bayou, Soarin' Around the World, and Guardians of the Galaxy. You are so knowledgeable and helpful! Thanks again for all the tips and information!"
